Hey! Thanks for being here.

My name is Liv and since the age of thirteen I have been passionate about the human mind.  This has led me down the path of some incredible experiences. Initially studying psychology (which I found to be a bit of a dead end) and then deciding to become a mental health nurse (the best decision I've ever made). 

On this site I'm hoping to create a space where I can share some of my thoughts and experiences, hopefully helping a reader or two in the process.
